I felt like they really cared sincerely about the project coming out perfectly, and they went above and beyond to make that happen, in addition to being both friendly and respectful of our privacy. When there was a surprise rain mid project, they came out immediately to cover it completely. When the cat walked though the wet paint (bad kitty) they repainted it. When we shifted to a hardwood floor they brought in subs to install it immediately and without extra charge. The detailing was very well done inside and out, and accomplished within budget.
